The 2019 Contucci Vino Nobile is a medium- to full-bodied red wine with classic balance and impressive flavor depth in this excellent Tuscan vintage. The second wine, Contucci’s 2022 Rosso di Montepulciano, is a medium-bodied, fruit-forward red wine that’s refreshing and surprisingly complex at this price.

Il Colombaio’s 2023 Cremisi is a fresh and grippy organic Tuscan rosé (rosato in Italian) that combines serious flavor depth with drinkability. The fresh, unsugared fruit shows notes of strawberry, raspberry, and Tuscan herbs, underpinned by bracingly crisp acidity.

I Favati’s 2016 Cretarossa is a structured aglianico-based red wine showing balanced and open-knit notes of dark cherry and pomegranate fruit up front, followed by hints of cocoa, pepper, and stones. Our second wine, I Favati’s 2022 Greco di Tufo, is a steely dry white that’s loaded with typical Greco flavor notes like acacia, ripe lemon, and almonds.
